Desktop competion is now taking a new direction towards mobile networks. Every Major IT want to be part of it and Microsoft expecting the same is not at all a surprise. Microsoft has finally entered into mobile phone market, to compete Apple and Google directly with its new ” KIN ” powered by Windows Phone OS and QWERTY keyboard.
But the question asked by user community is, can KIN compete iPhone and Nexus One ?? Also many people did like the eggy look of KIN, b’coz its not a business look. Doest it matters ??
Well Microsoft has already answered most of these questions. Unlike iPhone and Nexus One, KIN is not a business phone yet, its a social phone powered by some cool social networking apps by Microsoft. Its designed for teenagers and not for executives. KIN has also inherited many popular features from Zune HD, specialy the music player and HD quality video.
As said, KIN is more focussed on social networking apps and Internet applications, Microsoft have developed some gateway application for KIN. Users can use this app to access My Space, Twitter and Facebook from a single login.
Two Models of KIN would be launched,
KIN One – 5 MPx camera phone with 4 GB Memory
and
KIN Two – 8 MPx Camera phone with 8Gb Memory
Let us know your comments on KIN and will you buy this phone when it comes in market.
