I am sure every mac lover specially developers would love this news, A thinner version of Macbook Pro is in production according to a Chinese blog DIGITimes.

They where informed by a trusted source that a 13 and 15 inch Macbook pro is in production. This thinner version will not have optical drive which would make it as thin as the Macbook Air, but inspite of being thin its specs would heavier than Air.

Macbook Air is the thin and lighter but it is not good when it come to heavy usage like development and designing. Macbook Pro is going to be a hardware monster with large SSD memory and intel i5 and i7 CPUs at its core may be the quad core one, which would boost its performance.

It is also said that this new version of Macbook pro would be available at the same time when the new ultra-slim laptops or the ultrabooks from many different vendors would be available in the market.

Well anyways i am more exited about new Macbook Pro than any other ultra slim laptops… keep reading for more info on this.

Mark the date March 22 b’coz starting this date Angry Birds is gona crack some pigs in space… O_o … cool.

Well the coolest thing is you would experience the space physics and zero gravity at most accurate level in this game b’coz they have been working with NASA this time. On a Chat show at TechCruch TV Rovio CMO Peter Vesterbacka said, the idea of Angry Bird space came from a NASA persons tweet who asked him if they could crack some pigs in space. The next day he discussed with his team ” Can we do this ” and they started developing the new game.

According to him this version of the game it very different from all other Angry Birds,  this one is also the bigest bet for the company too. Rovio have already launched a user manual for this game where they explain about all the new birds and how to plan your strategy, they have also  tied up with Wall Mart to sell out the Angry Birds soft toys and many more stuffs in coming days. They have also developed an app along with NASA which would take you to a space tour and explain you about the space physics and stuffs… Cool…

Like me many  Galaxy S2 users where waiting for this news to arrive. According to CNet Samsung as promised has started rolling out Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich updates for Galaxy S2 devices. Poland and Sweden are the first countries to get this update and hopefuly rest of the world get it by 19 March.

What should we call this new amazing gadget, iPad 3 or just a new iPad. Probably apple want their iPad to be named just like that a new “iPad” and they don’t want to number them any more. But I am sure most of you had waited a long for a new Apple launch like i did.

Well apple fans had a lot of expectation from this launch which did not seem to be met. The list of features are not a surprise or rather these are once we all expected to see.(well every thing has a reason.. isn’t it .. ) Lets quickly get into the main highlight feature list.

Retina display

When it comes to display, Apple iPhone 4 + have the best display ever for mobile platforms, they called it Retina display and they brought it on new iPad too. Everything you do with iPad, you do through its large, beautiful display. And when the display is better, the entire iPad experience is better. The Retina display on the new iPad features a 2048-by-1536 resolution, 44 percent greater color saturation, and an astounding 3.1 million pixels — in the same 9.7-inch space. That’s four times the number of pixels in iPad 2 and a million more than an HDTV. Those pixels are so close together, your eyes can’t discern individual ones at a normal viewing distance. The new iPad would be available from 16 March and is priced at $499 . It is not yet know that this new iPad would be available in India on the same day not don we know the pricing of new iPad in India but i am sure you can go for the iPad 2 since its price would be surely going down.

Last week facebook launched subscribe button and Grouping feature like G+ circles and shut mouth of all those Googlers who where telling facebook’s security features are week. Subscribe may also take the market shares of twitter where people follow public tweets of popular celebrities and techies. It seems that facebook has taken the competition serious and these quick fixes are part of this.

This time its Apples turn it seems. We have also seen that Apple has release iOS 5 which is deeply integrated with twitter API’s. It seems that this decision of keep The Social Network (a.k.a Facebook) away from apple core hurt someone.

Now the rumor surrounding facebook is that they are working on a secret project called Project Spartan. Project spartan is facebooks app store platform which will feature all the popular facebook apps and games for mobile users and they can enjoy it on iPhone and android devices and these will contain apps which may not be available on iTunes or Android Market.

Now what does that mean? Facebook is developing a new HTML 5 and Javascript based UI framework called BoltJS which is targeting Wedkit based browsers for now ( iOS and Android browsers). Rumor states that facebook will re-wite their facebook app in android and iOS with this new platform which will also have a new app-store feature. This app store will contain mobile apps like games and other popular facebook apps. It is also said that many popular facebook apps and games have been started rewriting process to fit in this new platform, also the latest release of Facebook for iOS is a test of BoltJS.

It would also be a heart breaker for apples iCloud service, with Facebook App-store you can have a common app-store for both Android and iPhones and also the apps would be on facebook cloud and you don’t have to worry about loosing them when your mobile crashes. [ only time will say, if we can run those apps offline too.. HTML 5 can do that too ]

Also this framework would be an open source, so people can use it to design their own mobile apps and integrate with FB easily .

Samsung would launch the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 on August 10th. Galaxy Tab 750 is the new brand name for Galaxy Tab 10 in India, which was announced early this year.

Lunch is happening in Bangalore in a Samsung bloggers meet-up on August 10th 2011. And the big news is Samsung would give away 20 Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 to bloggers who are participating in this event and do a live web-cast of this new Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 on their blog.
